NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR!

In order to apply for Head Start or Early Head Start enrollment, you will need to make an appointment to complete an application. Contact Clorinda Lee at (919) 734-1178, ext. 225.

You will need to bring the following items with you to complete the application process:

• Proof of income (For the past 12 months)

• A copy of child's birth certificate

• Verification of special need (if applicable)
