Welcome to WAGES Children and Families Division! The Children and Families Philosophy WAGES Children and Families believes by providing family support services and developmentally appropriate experiences that promote and stimulate healthy growth and development that children enrolled in the program will be healthy, ready for school and families will be nurturing, interdependent and self-sufficient. The Children and Families Vision High quality child development, school readiness preparation and family support services will be offered to all eligible children and their families in Wayne County. Children who leave the program will be prepared to succeed in school and life, and parents will be prepared to meet their family's needs and be their child's primary advocate.
