Medication Management

WAGES Community Action. Helping People. Changing Lives.

The Medication Management and Prescription Assistance Program helps to improve and maintain the health of low income uninsured, impaired persons by providing a service to manage their prescription costs by suggesting generics when possible or enrolling them in prescription assistance programs. Medications are received, labeled, and dispensed by the pharmacist who then consults participants about safety and properly taking the medications. This program is also available to counsel clients concerning the new Medicare Part D prescription drug insurance. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions.
